About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock control.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Support the management team in achieving store objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
