About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Bowness-On-Windermere store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work well within a team, communicating openly with colleagues and building relationships to create a team spirit
