Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and logistics, to ensure seamless store operations
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring they are within budget
- Identify and address any issues or concerns, escalating them to management as necessary
