SISL Global is seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Perform on-site IT services and support, including walk-in and on-site support.">
  3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.">
  4. Collaborate with different business teams on IT-related matters.">
  5. Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure seamless onboarding.">
  6. Manage inventory of equipment and maintain accurate records.">
  7. Support end-user equipment according to client standards.">
  8. Work closely with our lead and IT operations manager to implement IT projects.">
  9. Visit remote sites when required.">
  10. Perform troubleshooting for laptop-related queries, including Microsoft product suite and browser issues.">
  11. Re-image laptops as needed.">
  12. Contribute to achieving response and resolution KPIs.">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
