Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to lead our team in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with complex physical problems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy and excellent leadership skills.

The role involves working closely with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with complex conditions and providing clinical supervision to junior staff.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex physical conditions
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior staff
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Work closely with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Registered Professional (e.g., BSc in Physiotherapy)
  • Teaching/mentorship qualification or equivalent work-based experience
  • Clinical Examination
  • Demonstrable post-registration/qualification experience in the identified specialised field of physiotherapy
  • Experience of successful multiagency working
