About the Role

Bell Integration is a leading provider of IT services, helping companies establish, maintain, and grow their IT services since 1996. As a Management Accountant, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional services globally, with a focus on efficiency and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

You will support the finance function in managing overheads, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, payroll, management accounts, and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overheads reporting, prepayments, accruals, and analysis across Bell
  • Variance to forecast and budget analysis
  • Providing regular overheads forecasts
  • Preparing month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Fixed assets, intangible assets, and leases accounting
  • Intercompany reconciliations, invoices, recharges, and analysis
  • Processing payroll journal and reconciliations
  • Assisting in trial balances, management accounts, and reporting for all Bell entities
  • P11D, National Statistics submissions, and compliance matters

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Part-qualified or final level CIMA/ACCA/equivalent qualification
  • Experience with Navision/Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong communication skills
