Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SENCO to join our team, responsible for leading our SEN provision and supporting students with special educational needs. This is a part-time role, offering a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of SEN policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to design and deliver personalized learning plans.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and external agencies to ensure seamless coordination of support services.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's overall strategic plan.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a SENCO, with a strong understanding of SEN legislation and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
