An Aerospace Hardware Technician is needed to contribute to pioneering aerospace projects in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This role involves working on innovative test rigs, flight test programs, and developing cutting-edge aircraft systems.

Duties:
  • Play a key role in the assembly, testing, and launch of test rigs, supporting flight test programs that may involve temporary assignments abroad.
  • Contribute to the construction, examination, initiation, and ongoing upkeep of subsystems and complete aircraft systems, focusing on low and high voltage electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Provide essential support for testing aircraft systems and activities related to flight testing.
  • Collaborate with diverse engineering teams, with flexibility in work hours or shifts required during peak times.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A strong understanding of High Voltage (HV) electrical systems and wiring harness construction, including crimping and soldering, is required. A formal qualification in aerospace engineering or equivalent background is necessary.
