Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives

* Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive conversions and revenue

* Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience

* Develop and manage content-focused programmatic campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

* Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success

* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and programmatic advertising

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

* Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
