Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Imerys. This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of mechanical engineering principles to ensure the smooth operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all key fixed plant and equipment
  • Maintain plant availability at high levels through planned routine and reactive maintenance
  • Maintain mechanical fixed processing plant, including fans, filters, mills, conveyors, packaging, etc.
  • Fault find and resolve mechanical issues
  • Welding and fabrication work

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience working on Mills, Pumps, Conveyors, Bagging Equipment, and other Process Plant
