About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Community Nurse Bank, supporting Community Nursing Teams across the Wirral. As a Community Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality evidence-based skilled nursing care to housebound patients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To provide skilled nursing care to housebound patients, working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • To participate in ongoing service provision, including absence, vacancies, or unpredictable increases in workload.
Requirements
  • A First-Level Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Demonstrable evidence of relevant clinical knowledge and transferable skills.
  • Good interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information
