Job Description
The Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and implementing activity programs that promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for our residents. This includes planning and delivering a wide range of activities and social events that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of care home residents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be warm, empathetic and personable. Your organisational skills and driven mind-set mean you always get things done and make things happen. You will also need to be creative and able to inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive rate of pay (£24,000 - £30,000 per annum) plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including: free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
