CNC Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programme / Set / Operator to join our client’s family-owned business in Liverpool. The company is a leading supplier of reinforced branch fittings for piping and pressure vessel applications for the Oil and Gas Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture parts using CNC Lathes and CNC Machining Centres on Mazak and Moriseiki machines or similar.
  • Understand existing CNC programs and create new ones, using Mazatrol, Fanuc controls.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manufacture parts using CNC Lathes and CNC Machining Centres.
  • Ability to understand and create CNC programs using Mazatrol, Fanuc controls.

Working Hours:

  • Operating on a shift basis (alternate weeks).
  • 6am-2pm Monday-Friday.
  • 2pm-11pm Monday-Thursday.
  • 2pm-6pm Friday.
