Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice on training and continuing professional development to the Clinical Director, Clinical Lead, and Consultants within the CYPGS.
  2. Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff and patients.
  3. Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement training policies and procedures.
  4. Present training methods and outcomes to local, regional, and national audiences.
