Healthcare Manager Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership on training, audit, and monitoring the quality of assessments and case management within the team.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for and guide all nurse assessors to provide a skilled comprehensive assessment of an individual's healthcare needs in relation to the provision of Continuing Healthcare.
- To provide specialist knowledge for CHC & FNC, coordinating, advising, and involving other health professionals in providing appropriate care plans for each individual client and ensuring that it is appropriately delivered in all settings.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with experience in managing risks, implementing mitigations, and reporting. A postgraduate degree in Nursing or Leadership is essential, as well as evidence of continued professional development (CPD). A competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the senior nature of the role and the importance of attracting the best talent to the NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board.
