Job Description

Role: DevOps Technical Support (RPA)

Location: Hybrid working (Home-based + Worcester 2/3 days per week)

Salary: £42,005 - £47,823 + comprehensive Force Employee Benefits

Job Purpose

As a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, you will provide high-level technical support, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving escalated service desk tickets, including RPA, Blue Prism, Power Apps, and M365 queries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a technical support role, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical support issues
  • Exposure to RPA, Blue Prism, Power Apps, and M365
  • Broad technical support experience, including problem-solving, solutions development, and system management
  • Complex issue triage, problem investigation, and coordination to closure, including major incidents
  • Ability to drive complex application recoveries in a high-pressure environment
