Junior Sous Chef Role

A high-performance gastro pub is seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to progress their career and take on new challenges.

  • Assist the Head and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen and developing menu designs
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and training junior staff members
  • Contribute to the creation of modern European cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce

Requirements:
