Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Field Support Expert to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our Field Support department, you will be responsible for coordinating the Vestas Electrical Safety Program at wind farms within the UK and Ireland. Your main responsibilities will include designation as the Energy Control Coordinator (ECC) single point of contact and subject matter expert for the Vestas Electrical Safety Program, as well as designation by Vestas UK & Ireland as an Authorising Engineer (AE) and Control Person in accordance with relevant safety rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven electrical and/or mechanical background, with relevant experience of at least 3 years. You should also possess relevant qualifications within wind energy, such as Authorized Technician or Authorizing Engineer certification. Additionally, you should have good problem-solving and fault-finding skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
