Residential Childcare Position

We are seeking a Supportive Living Professional to join our team at 21HSC. This is a temporary/ad-hoc position with full and part-time hours available, offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.


Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity, safety, and comfort.
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential setting or with additional support needs.
  2. Relevant qualifications such as SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) and/or HNC in Social Services.
