  • Continuously learn about steel fabrication processes, installation techniques, and industry best practices
  • Provide support in cost control activities, assisting in monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the field
  • Follow company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
  • A strong interest in the construction industry, specifically in steel estimation
  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work under guidance and learn from experienced professionals
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges
