  • As a compassionate care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised care to residents in our Health and Social Care setting.">
  • You will work closely with the care team to create tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.">
  • Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support and companionship to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention.">
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing medication processes, supervising the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation.">
  • In addition, you will provide clinical guidance and support to the care team, ensuring we meet all professional standards and guidelines.">
  • Your role will involve creating a nurturing environment for our residents and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and community.">
  • You will be an ambassador for KYN values, demonstrating and leading by example to promote a positive and supportive culture.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • We are looking for a registered nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a valid PIN and experience working in a health and social care setting.">
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of professional standards is essential, as well as expertise in administering and recording medication.">
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.">
  • Familiarity with safeguarding adults at risk policies and procedures is desirable.">
  • A competitive salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, along with 33 days annual leave, NMC revalidation cost covered, and bespoke company induction and ongoing training programs.">
