Rural Property Administrator

We are seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries to join our Maidstone office, with one position available in the Family team and the other in the Commercial Property team.
About the Role:This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with lawyers and other secretaries to provide high-quality support and ensure seamless operations within the teams.
The successful candidates will have previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably within a conveyancing team. However, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you excel in this role.
- Building relationships with clients and solicitors/barristers' clerks through effective written and verbal communication
- Diary management for allocated legal advisors, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely meetings
- Preparing documents, arranging meetings, and booking meeting rooms as required
- Using precedents, typing, or dictation to maintain accurate electronic files
- Ensuring files are up-to-date, opened, closed, or archived as necessary
To succeed in this role, you must be punctual, reliable, and a team player who can adapt to changing priorities. You should also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus an annual discretionary bonus scheme. Other benefits include 27 days' holiday per year, paid volunteering days, life assurance, private medical insurance, and staff discounts.
