Job Description

We're seeking a talented Deputy Manager to join our team at The George & Dragon in Westerham. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, working closely with our General Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Lead by example, motivating and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is served consistently
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner
