About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required.
  • Protect the customer's employees, property, and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
  • Take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
  • Display the highest standard of personal presentation and smartness of uniform to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
  • Book on at the beginning of each shift and make check calls in accordance with Company policy.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
Essential Skills
  • SIA licence
  • Prior experience within the security industry
  • Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable history
  • Able to get to the Site on-time for your shifts (reasonable commute)
