Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join DHL eCommerce UK Limited as an Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and reconciliation of warehouse operations, including deliveries and holdbay management.
- Efficient management of bulk and return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet.
- Support bulk collection customer planning and LGV transport rules and regulations.
- Effective deployment of operational resources in accordance with work area requirements.
- Ensure KPI targets are achieved or exceeded in accordance with work area requirements.
- Attend training and personal development courses as arranged.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
- Knowledge of resource management and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to provide, receive, and implement operational information and instruction.
- Good IT skills.
