About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Technician to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As a Freelance Audio-Visual Technician, you will be responsible for supporting events requiring lightweight audio/vision mixing for various virtual, onsite, and hybrid events utilizing the Zoom Meeting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support events requiring audio/vision mixing for virtual, onsite, and hybrid events using the Zoom Meeting platform.
  • Provide meeting room support within a white-glove environment.
  • Assist the wider team in ensuring that you are competent in scheduling yourself to attend incidents across the site.
  • Become competent in back-end/remote troubleshooting on VC systems across the estate, including Cisco and Microsoft Teams rooms.
  • Work with teams to resolve faults found across VC Rooms/AV equipment.
  • Liaise with on-site teams across offices to ensure good communication of updates and resolutions.
  • Update/action incidents as they come in and follow up on reported faults.
  • Ensure spares stock equipment is recorded correctly and that as stock is used, it is replaced.
  • Maintain/clean AV/VC Equipment throughout the building that is in service.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of audiovisual equipment and their integration into diverse environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Flexibility to work on-site from Monday to Friday based on requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting white-glove clients.
  • Passion for creating unified AV experiences and expertise in integrating audiovisual systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
