About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals, ensuring our clients receive the nutrition they need to stay healthy.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, tidying, and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Accompany clients on errands and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring our clients can move safely and comfortably around their homes.

Requirements

  • A caring and reliable attitude, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable you to travel to clients' homes.
  • The right to work in the UK.
