Red Sector Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IPS Employment Specialist to join its team in Merton, London. This is a full-time position on a 3-month contract with a competitive salary package.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing caseloads of clients in structured treatment for substance use, as well as delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach. They will work closely with clients, colleagues, and local employers to secure sustainable paid employment.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of clients in structured treatment for substance use to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment.
  2. Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, which involves providing training and support to help clients achieve their employment goals.
