About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Barchester Care Homes. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care meets the highest standards and is in line with all regulations.

You will oversee the creation of care plans, implement safeguarding policies, and make critical clinical decisions. Additionally, you will manage projects, evolve care levels, and provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivational individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Oversee the creation of care plans
  • Implement safeguarding policies
  • Make critical clinical decisions
  • Manage projects and evolve care levels
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Experience of gerontology
  • Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
