Primary School Graduate Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Primary School Graduate Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
  • Help children with academic work, social skills, and emotional support
  • Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor pupil progress
  • Support the development and implementation of individual learning plans
Requirements:
  • Graduates with a passion for education and a drive to support children's learning and development
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching or education-related fields
  • Ability to work effectively with children, including those with SEND
  • Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude

Salary:

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
