Job Title: Barista Team Lead

About the Role:
Kbeverage Ltd T/A Starbucks is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Barista Team Lead to join our team. As a Barista Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to create and maintain the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Set goals for the work group, develop organizational capability, and model how we work together;
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manage smooth transitions thereafter to keep the store operating to standard;
- Display a customer comes first attitude by training and holding partners accountable for delivering legendary customer service;
- Drive the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives;
- Provide coaching and direction to the store team to take action and achieve operational goals.

Planning and Execution:
- Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, manage execution, and measure results;
- Monitor and manage store staffing levels to ensure partner development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain store operational requirements;
- Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community;
- Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in-store performance.

Partner Development & Team Building:
- Actively manage store partners by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve partner performance;
- Manage ongoing partner performance using performance management tools to support organizational objectives;
- Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements;
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and programs as well as finding new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.

Requirements:
- Progressively responsible retail experience - 3 Years;
- Management - 1 Year;
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 3 Years;
- Experience analyzing financial reports;
