Kbeverage Ltd T/A Starbucks is seeking a Store Experience Manager to lead our team in creating an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have progressively responsible retail experience and strong leadership skills, with a focus on driving business results while maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently;
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, recognizing and rewarding achievements and milestones;
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency;

Key Skills and Qualifications:
