Binnies, an RSK Group Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of value-driven solutions for our @one Alliance.

As our new Head of Proposals, you will provide leadership to the Alliance and Anglian Water in developing solutions that achieve our capital investment programme outcomes and business objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering a diverse programme of water recycling, infrastructure, and water projects, and will lead the Proposals Stage on behalf of the @one alliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships and trust between Anglian Water's Asset Delivery Planning (ADP) and @one alliance delivery teams.
  • Manage key Anglian Water and external stakeholders during the proposals stage.
  • Chair the @one alliance preferred solution review meeting to assess the certainty of project proposals achieving efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • A degree in an engineering discipline, preferably with experience in water-sector assets and delivering capital projects.
  • Experience in a Design and Build environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate compliance with business ethics, foster collaboration, and support the development of skills around you.
