Head of Proposals Leadership

Binnies, an RSK Group Company, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of value-driven solutions for the @one Alliance.

This exciting opportunity will see you providing leadership to the Alliance and Anglian Water, driving the delivery of capital investment programme outcomes and business objectives.

You will be responsible for developing new ways of working that focus on delivery outcomes, reducing carbon, protecting and increasing natural capital, addressing climate change, and embracing innovations and new digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Anglian Water's Asset Delivery Planning (ADP) and @one alliance delivery teams to develop strong relationships and trust.
• Manage key stakeholders during the proposals stage, ensuring effective communication and escalation.
• Lead the Proposals Stage on behalf of the @one alliance, owning the process and monitoring individual programme performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in water-sector assets and delivering capital projects, ideally with a degree in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to demonstrate business ethics, foster collaboration, and support the development of skills within the team.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing activities to achieve efficient outputs and ensuring quality procedures are followed.
