Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Procurement Specialist to join our team at Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. This is a full-time position responsible for sourcing and purchasing equipment and tools, as well as managing the stores at our Ipswich branch.

The Role:

  • Sourcing and ordering parts and materials, PPE, and tools
  • Delivering items to the correct location on time or receiving and allocating them to jobs
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Processing invoices, warranties, and updating records

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in electrical, plumber wholesaler, builders merchants, or similar supplier-based industry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and database skills) with ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Valid UK driving license for occasional site deliveries

What We Offer:

  • Generous basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
