We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Boots Bristol Cribbs Causeway store. As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our customers during the busy holiday season.

About the Role
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations, ensuring they find the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Engage with customers, offering product recommendations and advice on our fantastic gifts and services.
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  4. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak periods.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience.
