Job Title: Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Retrofit or Architectural design and will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage and mentor junior design team members

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Retrofit or Architectural design
  • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
