Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Surveyor to support our rail and aviation projects in London. As a seasoned estimator, you will lead the production of cost estimates, develop efficient estimation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing cost planning techniques for financial control of projects
- Leading the production of accurate cost estimates for rail and aviation projects
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent
- Proven experience in quantitative surveying and estimation services for rail and aviation projects

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: £65,000 - £95,000 per annum
