Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Total Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering projects across various phases, from FEED to commissioning, or in assistance to Plant Operation in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage technical studies related to mechanical handling, powder technologies, and heavy mechanical transfer systems.
- Design and develop mechanical processes, from strategic and conceptual phases to detailed design and construction & commissioning phase support.
- Conduct technical specification documentation reviews from the supply chain.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience working on UK nuclear sites.
- Be a member of a relevant professional body (desirable).
- Have knowledge of engineering design and team management in the nuclear industry or other regulated sectors.
- Have experience of delivering projects for Sellafield or Magnox sites (desirable).
