Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientific Officer to join our Developmental Oncology Group at The Institute of Cancer Research. The successful candidate will provide scientific support for the laboratory, maintaining an efficient and safe working environment and organizing laboratory supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient and safe laboratory environment
  • Organize laboratory supplies and equipment
  • Conduct in-vitro cell culture work and perform experiments using various techniques, including western blotting, PCR, and immunofluorescence
  • Support the team in obtaining a better understanding of the biology of difficult-to-treat tumours of childhood
Requirements

The successful candidate must have a B.Sc. or equivalent in biochemistry, molecular biology, or cell biology.
