About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Product Owner to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our Agile Squad, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and managing the product development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the product development team, fostering a collaborative and agile environment.
  • Develop and manage business cases, ensuring effective governance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet sprint objectives.
  • Own User Acceptance Testing, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Share and promote Agile values and principles, driving cultural change within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a product ownership role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
  • Expertise in data platform improvement, with a data-centric approach.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to lead and motivate agile and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing business cases and supporting PMO governance.
