About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Product Owner to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our Agile Squad, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and managing the product development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the product vision and roadmap
  • Lead the product development team towards achieving the organization's vision and mission
  • Budget, plan, and manage development projects from start to finish
  • Lead the development process and act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
  • Assist the Squad/Product development team to define and meet the objectives of each sprint
  • Owning User Acceptance Testing; Sharing and promoting Agile values and principles
  • Developing business cases and supporting PMO governance where required
Requirements
  • Understanding of Agile in a business lead/Product Owner role
  • Expert in data platform improvement
  • Data centric approach
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to lead & motivate agile and cross-functional teams
  • Analytics Use Cases, Cross functional departments, Data lifecycle, Data Products, Migration of Data Platforms, IT
