Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated nurse to deliver exceptional patient care while advancing their career in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and paid enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Deliver outstanding standards of patient care by adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Safety & Management: Ensure all care areas are safe, fit for purpose, and effectively managed to uphold a high-quality care environment.
  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them achieve workplace competencies.
  • Post-Operative Care: Assist in delivering post-operative care, ensuring that all care areas are well-maintained and managed to meet patient needs.

We require a candidate with strong clinical skills, proven organisational and leadership abilities, and excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
  • Post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting
