We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team at Homeless Trust. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning difficulties.

The successful applicants will work on a full-time basis or part-time positions, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You must be willing to work morning and late shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accompany service users on outings such as shopping trips, social events, and holidays abroad.
  2. Attend appointments and assist with daily tasks, ensuring the well-being of our clients.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and update support plans to ensure effective care.
  4. Ensure health and safety compliance in all aspects of your work.
  5. Perform light administrative duties to support the team.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide mileage allowance, charity discounts, blue light card, carer scheme, paid PVG, cycle to work scheme, and ongoing training and support.
