Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role:
  • Processing customer requests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handling financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Producing high-quality letters and emails that meet our customers' needs.
  • Working effectively with our internal systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our databases.
  • Resolving customer queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Competent IT skills, including experience working with Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Desirable: Experience of financial services or a keen interest in it.
