Role Overview:

At Jumar Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with our organizational goals and values. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with organizational goals and values

  • Design and deliver change communication plans to support organizational transformation and new initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to support their internal communication needs
  • Measure and analyze internal communication effectiveness through surveys, metrics, and employee feedback
  • Manage internal communication platforms and tools, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
  • Support crisis communications and emergency response from an internal perspective

Requirements:
  • A strategic internal communications professional with proven experience in developing and delivering employee-focused communication campaigns
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in supporting organizational change through effective communications
