Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Associate Lecturer in Digital to join our team at UA92. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in digital technologies, programming, and web development who are passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of digital innovators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various digital subjects, with a focus on programming, software development, and web development.
  • Develop and deliver engaging course content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the digital curriculum.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and other activities that support the academic mission of UA92.
Required Specialisms
  • Software Design
Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field is essential. A postgraduate qualification and/or industry certifications would be advantageous.
  • Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from industry professionals with substantial practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
