We are pleased to be working with a leading health and safety consultancy to recruit a Health and Safety Director. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing consultancy and take ownership of business and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance the business strategy, creating a clear delivery roadmap to ensure the vision is achieved
  • Work with a range of clients, overseeing project delivery, accurately assessing health and safety risks and strategy, and working with clients to create and deliver solutions
  • Maintain and continually develop strong relationships with clients to truly understand their requirements and be able to create innovative solutions
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition, with a focus on diverse industries
Requirements:
  • Consultancy leadership experience with a proven track record of creating pragmatic, innovative solutions, ideally across a range of sectors
  • NEBOSH Diploma/ equivalent
  • Proven management and leadership experience, excellent communications skills with experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Good commercial acumen, financial understanding, and an entrepreneurial focus
