About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Environmental Governance team across the EMEA/APAC region. As Environmental Governance Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, while minimizing our environmental impact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading the HSE function across the EMEA/APAC region, collaborating with colleagues globally and within service lines to ensure a joined-up approach to HSE compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate Health, Safety, and Environmental Management system accreditations (ISO:45001/ISO:14001) for EMEA/APAC in line with Global ERE/Ameriprise strategy.
  • Management and governance of 3rd party support services specific to HSE, ensuring cost/contractual control/governance vs outputs/services, deliverables, and ensuring value for money.
Requirements
  • Health and Safety qualified – minimum NEBOSH (NGC) or equivalent required, diploma level preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience working with international standard approaches to safety based on best practice and to capture individual market requirements (EMEA/APAC).
  • Experience of ESOS and working with other international environmental legislation.

Salary Range: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
