Lead Our Environmental Governance Team

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Environmental Governance Team in Harrow, providing strategic direction and oversight of our environmental enforcement activities. As Regulatory Compliance Officer - Environmental Services, you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are operating in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Your Key Objectives:
  • Foster good working relationships with key stakeholders, including cleansing and waste collection teams, and the waste management team for enforcement work
  • Manage performance reviews, planning, and appraising staff training where required

You will need at least one year's experience in a supervisory role, strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and experience in environmental enforcement and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with reliability in dealing with challenging situations and people.

The salary for this position is approximately £33,280 per annum, based on 40 hours per week, full-time position in Harrow, and we offer a benefits package including pension and employee discount scheme, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
